We have albums and albums of old photographs that my wife took. I'm glad she did, now, but always in the moment, I think, "we could be living instead of posing." Not that she's wrong, but I see them as pieces of us, like writing. Someone will want to look/read one day, but what they'll know of it I'll never know.
