I could never get into Hootie--too much rah rah from some of the good ol boys in my vicinity. But whatever, I never got into mainstream 70's-80's country, either. That The Eagles have two records on the list is definitely weird--they just appealed to all that's harmless and middle of the road--not so very fast lane. The real story, though, is the Greatest hits collections which, in my opinion, tell us everything we need to know here about sales. So, I WILL buy Rumors today, just so that the game we're playing can continue. Oh, and while Pink Floyd isn't my favorite band, I do own several of their records, and Wish You Were Here is ALWAYS worth playing in its entirety. I know: creak on, old man.
