Hey Kathryn--really thinking about you now, and I know you've read some of my pieces about losing my best friend Owen. I understand, and music is the way to remember and survive much of this grief. Owen turned me on to so many bands--LCD Soundsystem, Spoon, Best Coast, Of Montreal, The xx, on and on...Losing friend is tough and that's why the Riff, and all of our friends here--are so much more important these days.
