Good for you Bob! I've never been hypnotized though i have done EMDR work which feels like a state of being well below the cosciousness line. My mother was a life long smoker. She didn't quit after a heart attack, but did after a successfully removed spot on her lung. And then the cancer went to her liver, and somehow, I wonder Why quit at 81 anyway? She lived to 85.
