Driving through Utah once, we were stopped by a patrolman who didn't care for my tendency to switch lanes without signaling. Then, he saw a rolled up paper bag in the front seat passenger's floorboard, right next to my wife. Our two year-old baby was riding in the back car seat, and the patrolman thought he had scored big time. What was in the bag? My wife's nut/raisin/seed trail mix. And unbelievably, all I got was a warning. Haven't been excited about returning to that state. Great story man!
